Add CustomRecovery builtin middleware (#2322)
* Add CustomRecovery and CustomRecoveryWithWriter methods * add CustomRecovery example to README * add test for CustomRecovery * support RecoveryWithWriter(io.Writer, ...RecoveryFunc)
