Adds a new StringHTML Render method

This new `StringHTML()` method will allow users to render HTML without
the need of an actual file on disk.

Example:
```
r.GET("/saludos", func(c *gin.Context) {
	c.StringHTML(200, "<html><body>Hola amigo!</body></html>")
})
```
