Switch testutil to go-cmp
Remove a dependency by using go-cmp for `testutil.CollectAndCompare()`. Note that the string output of `cmp.Diff()` is non-stable, so users depending on stable `error` strings will nolonger work. Signed-off-by: SuperQ <superq@gmail.com>
