Also increased usability by providing a Stop() method so that the send and recv routines, and also the connection can be terminated. Saxon	956110f0ef	protocol/rtcp: wrote test for ReceiverReport.Bytes() ... This uses data from a "good" packet that vlc used during a stream from a geovision.
